2. Overview
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it only in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This website does not use cookies, tracking tools or analytics.
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically stores technical data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Log data is deleted after a short period unless needed to investigate a security incident.
4. Contact form and email
When you contact us via the form or by email, we process your name, company name (optional), email address, the enquiry type and your message, solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering business enquiries). We delete this data once your enquiry is fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Business customers and suppliers
If you buy from us, supply goods to us or use our transport services, we process the contact and business data needed to perform the contract, invoice and meet our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Commercial and tax records are kept for the periods required by German law (generally 6 to 10 years under the German Commercial Code and Fiscal Code).
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is shared only where necessary: with our hosting and email service providers (as processors under Art. 28 GDPR), with transport partners where needed to perform a delivery, and with tax advisers or authorities where required by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, contact us at info@punjabexpresslogistic.com.
8. Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
